Our client, a standalone, full-service, Chambers-ranked firm widely considered the top business firm in North Carolina, has asked for our assistance in identifying a mid-level Employee Benefits Associate to work as part of a close-knit, award-winning team in designing retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, and executive compensation plans for a wide variety of public, private, municipal, and non-profit clients. The ideal candidate will between 2 and 5 years of direct, on-point experience in a large law firm or dedicated boutique setting and will be able to work independently. The firm itself is highly unique and selective, has no billable hour requirement beyond third year, and places a high value on the balance between work and home life. They welcome unique individuals with hobbies and interests outside of the office, and they strive to build a diverse and highly eclectic roster.
