Our client, a well-regarded AMLAW 200 firm with high associate retention and a clear path to partnership, has engaged us to find an associate for their expanding executive compensation and benefits practice. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional executive compensation matters. The hired associate will be responsible for drafting employee benefit and executive compensation plans and agreements, performing due diligence and conducting complex legal research and analysis.
