Our close client, an expanding global law firm, is seeking to hire a mid-level associate for their expanding Labor & Employment and Education Practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience working on both employment litigation and counseling matters, along with expertise working with education clients. This role will focus on providing legal support to higher educational institutions in in areas such as Title IX, faculty employment, student and academic affairs, and athletics. Responsibilities include conducting internal investigations, litigation, legal research, drafting policies, conducting training, and counseling clients
