Our client, a multistate law firm focused on real estate and foreclosure matters for banks and other lenders, is seeking to hire a mid-senior attorney for their growing team.  Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of litigation experience – foreclosure and title experience is ideal! The hired attorney will be managing cases in Alabama (and some select matters in Georgia) with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation and mortgage litigation; this includes representing clients in litigation proceedings and in general collection cases.

This is a fabulous opportunity as the hired attorney will be working with a tight-knit and growing litigation team and to handle your own caseload.  This position is to be based in Alabama or Georgia but is a remote position – meaning the hired attorney must be living in either Alabama or Georgia but can work from anywhere in the state.  Alabama bar license is a must – Georgia bar license is a plus!
