The Manhattan office of our client, a premier boutique law firm, is looking for a mid to senior level associate with M&A experience to join the Corporate Department. Ideal candidates should have experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions as well as private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers. Candidates with transactional real estate experience will also be considered. Preference given to candidates with experience in BigLaw. Competitive salary and hybrid work schedule.
