Our client, an AMLAW 25 law firm with a rapidly growing M&A and private equity group, is seeking to hire an associate with 4-6 years of M&A and/or private equity to join their growing practice.  The sky is really the limit with this group – the hired attorney can focus on public and/or private deals, ranging in value from lower-middle-market to billions of dollars.  There is also the option to focus singularly on PE or M&A – or both.  This firm is looking for associates who want a long-term home and a place where they can eventually become equity partner.
