Our client, a multi-office real estate firm with a robust residential and commercial closing practice, is seeking to hire an attorney with commercial real estate experience.  Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of commercial real estate experience – expertise with title, development, and/or easements is ideal.  Candidates do not have to have previous experience with residential real estate matters but must be interested in transitioning their practice.  These are large-scale, sophisticated residential deals and the hired attorney must have an astute legal mind, excellent interpersonal skills, and technical expertise drafting complex real estate documents.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a better quality of life with no billable hour requirement.   The role is based out of the firm’s Buckhead office – a partially remote/hybrid schedule is available.  Candidates must be licensed to practice in Georgia.
