Our client, an Atlanta based consumer finance company, has engaged us to find a Senior Corporate Counsel for their expanding legal team.  Suitable candidates will have 4+ years of transactional law experience, with an emphasis on M&A work.  Corporate finance or banking experience is a plus, but not required.   Candidates coming from private practice, or an in-house environment will be considered.
