Our client, a larger retail organization, has engaged us to identify a Senior Corporate Counsel for their Charlotte office.   Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of commercial contracts expertise garnered in either an in-house legal or private practice setting.  Experience with commercial agreements, data privacy, marketing, IP and trademark, and/or litigation management is highly desired.
