Our client, a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 law firm with a distinctly Midwest feel is seeking an experienced associate to join its well-established Transactions Practice Group in the firm’s Detroit Office.   The hire will work on US and international private company M&A transactions, with a focus on middle market private equity transactions.
