Ideal candidates should have 8+ years of law firm experience with tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and executive compensation. The candidate will predominantly handle employee benefits matters associated with corporate transactions and will work closely with corporate and M&A colleagues. In addition to relevant experience, candidates should have strong academic credentials and advocacy skills, and must be licensed to practice in the U.S.
