Permanent In-house Contracts Paralegal Job in Atlanta, GA

Legalpeople is currently working with our close corporate client on their need for a contracts paralegal to join their thriving in-house department. This is a permanent role, and will require a hybrid schedule of at least 1 day per week in-office in Atlanta, GA.  In addition to assisting with sales-side contracts, this paralegal will also assist with compliance and regulatory matters, ongoing litigation (including subpoenas, and legal holds), and contracts related to HR matters and occasional RFP’s.  This paralegal will also get the opportunity to make their mark on the department, including creating and implementing best practices for how to internally handle the contracts process.

 Candidates must have a college degree, and at least 3 years’ experience working as a contracts paralegal in an in-house setting. Ideally, this candidate will also possess a paralegal certificate, exposure to litigation and regulatory/compliance law, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.  This company offers a top notch suite of benefits, including a starting leave package of 25 days, bonus, and health benefits.
