Our client, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms, is seeking an Employment Counsel with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with handling administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for matters covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Candidates will also be comfortable working with administrative agencies and handling civil litigation in federal and state courts. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, experience practicing in a law firm setting, and must have active bar membership in California.
