(REMOTE) Prominent L&E Law Firm Seeking Employment Special Counsel (California-Based)

Our client, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms, is seeking an Employment Counsel with 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with handling administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for matters covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Candidates will also be comfortable handling employment matters directly and supervising others, including developing case strategies, drafting and reviewing work product, conducting depositions, and representing clients at hearings and trials. Candidates should expect to focus on working with administrative agencies and handling civil litigation in federal and state courts, with potential involvement in class actions and PAGA cases, as well as other L&E matters. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, experience practicing in a law firm setting, and must have active bar membership in California. Some travel (mostly local) may be involved in this role.
