Our close client, a well-regarded national law AmLaw25 firm, has asked our office to assist them in finding a Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join their well-regarded Real Estate Team. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of prior law firm experience gained at either a large law firm or a well-respected boutique firm. Candidates must have experience with real estate joint ventures, financing, and other capitalization transactions. Hired attorney will work with established partner and dedicated team of associates. Book of business not required but preferred. Preference for candidates to be based in South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach but candidates in other locations will be considered). Must be a member of the State Bar of Florida or willing to sit for the next Florida Bar Exam.
