Cristina is responsible for recruiting and placing lateral associates, partners, and in-house counsels at varying levels with many of the nation’s most respected law firms and Fortune 500 corporations with a specific focus on her hometown of Atlanta and the Southeast legal market. Clients and candidates rely on her many years of recruiter experience to advise on compensation and market trends. Cristina is co-leader of the national team and is passionate about mentoring both internally at The Partners Group and more broadly the candidates she works with as well as future lawyers.
Prior to joining The Partners Group, Cristina worked as a commercial litigator and in the public sector with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals as a member of the Motions Unit. Cristina is a past President of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and an active member of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Foundation, volunteering annually at Latino Law Day, where she speaks to law students on creating resumes and interview tips and skills.
A native Spanish speaker, Cristina enjoys traveling the world, and spending time with her family. She looks forward every year to the family beach trip to Marco Island, Florida where 60+ members of her “immediate” family (parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins) gather to enjoy a week of fun in the sun.
