TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (California: LA, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley)

One of our closest clients, an international firm with a reputation for attorney satisfaction, is seeking to hire a mid-level Trademark/Copyright litigation Associate for either its Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley office. Candidates must have 2+ years of direct experience, including drafting and responding to pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial experience. Experience with investigations, enforcement, and contested TTAB matters is a strongly preferred but commercial litigation associates with an interest in trademark/copyright law will be considered. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and excellent organizational skills. Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply but preference for candidates already licensed to practice in California.
